It was a local holiday. The place was as good as dead. I stared at Tigger and recalled the first time I was introduced to this charming entertainer. She told me it moves AND speaks, but molesting the poor fellow and its mate all over was pretty much pointless as I didn't find any trigger buttons. Hand, nose, and ears squeezing... no effect.
Apparently, you need to whack its head! If I was 3 years old at this point and was frustrated by all the attempts, I still don't think I'd fling it roughly whatmore give it a huge knock on the head. I suppose I'm just slow :p
If not for the relevation of the activation trick, I'd have whacked myself on the head repeatedly on that day out of boredom instead of Tigger's.

Sickeningly Inhumane
I'm absolutely raging with anger and frustration upon reading this on The Star today. What sort of "shelter" is one that leave its inmates naked, cold, chained, caged and hungry? Even SPCA doesn't function like this! More food will result in more defecation and thus more hassle ?!!?
Who are these people running these "homes" in the name of charity and social responsibility?
How could a fellow human be so ignorant? Do you chain your newborn or toddler just because he/she can harm him/ herself when unsupervised? Do you feed your child less so that you don't have less nappy changes to do? Do you not clothe your child for fear of them soiling it or injuring others when playing tug or war?
How could scenes like this breed familiarity to the extent that they are considered normal and the standard? Is patience, tolerance and love so exclusive that they are only reserved for our dearest? Undoubtedly, caring for the disabled is extremely challenging but this attempt of simplifying matters has gone too far!
Do carers who do CARE exist? These unfortunate souls are unable to fend for themselves let alone argue the meaning of humanity, yet when left in the hands of those who are deemed more 'capable', they are provided the very bare minimum to sustain life. Quality isn't an issue. A roof above their heads is more than luxury. Where's your conscience?!??!
Where's mine? I'm tearing profusely as I write this. But how different am I compared to those goons? What can I do? Anger and frustration alone are not going to change things...
